- 摘要:TiO2 nanorods with multidirectional coral-like structure were synthesized through a facial hydrolysis and condensation method by using titanium oxysulfate (TiOSO4) as the precursor. TiO2 nanorods were continuously formed on substrates in aqueous TiOSO4-H2O2, which resulted in the deposition of amorphous films. The phase transformation to anatase and rutile TiO2 could be achieved through the sintering treatment. The morphology and crystalline properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. In addition, the dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) were fabricated with this nanocoral structured TiO2 for the photoanode, and the highest photoelectrical conversion efficiency (eta) of 0.9% was obtained from the DSSC that composed of 600 degrees C sintered TiO2.
