羧基化甲壳素纳米晶补强水性聚氨酯研究

  • Abstract:采用乳液混合工艺将羧基化甲壳素纳米晶(C-ChNC)添加到水性聚氨酯(WPU)中,制备WPU/C-ChNC纳米复合乳液及膜,考察了生物质纳米材料C-ChNC用量对WPU力学性能和热稳定性的影响。通过动态力学性能(DMA)、红外光谱(FTIR)和力学性能测试发现,由于C-ChNC与WPU分子链极性基团的氢键作用,两者存在较强的界面作用,当C-ChNC质量分数为1%时,WPU复合材料拉伸强度提升了53%。通过热失重分析发现,C-ChNC明显改善了WPU的热稳定性。
