3-(3H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-1-(2,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-oxopropyl nicotinate

Abstract:Molecules of the title compound, C21H14Cl2H4O3, are linked into chains along the b axis by intermolecular C-(HO)-O-center dot center dot center dot hydrogen bonds. C-(HN)-N-center dot center dot center dot interactions connect these chains into a two-dimensional layer. The packing is further stabilized by pi-pi interactions involving the triazole rings.
