  • Abstract:故障诊断对于确保大多数化工厂的过程安全和产品质量至关重要。为确保化工生产过程的安全运行和产品质量,讨论系统中存在的微小故障幅值低、易被系统干扰及噪声干扰等问题。从数据驱动的观点,阐述各种基于统计分析的微小故障诊断技术的基本思想、研究进展、应用和局限性,讨论了慢特征分析在微小故障诊断中的独特优势,并指出制定新颖的算法,用以采集并处理非线性和动态的数据,并专注于不可预测的可变性,从而提高检测故障的能力。
