炭黑在丁基橡胶与溴化丁基橡胶中的增强作用比较

  • Abstract:用高结构度炭黑N 234填充丁基橡胶(IIR)和溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR),研究了填料在BIIR中的增强作用,并与填充的IIR进行了比较。结果表明,炭黑填料在BIIR中的分散性更好,填料与填料的相互作用减弱,而填料与橡胶的相互作用得以增强。在使用相同的硫化体系时BIIR的力学性能得到明显改善,填充30份(质量)炭黑N 234时拉伸强度和撕裂强度都达到了最大值,且均高于IIR。BIIR在40~80℃下的损耗因子低于IIR,而在-40~40℃下则高于IIR。
