聚降冰片烯的电热双驱动形状记忆性能

  • Abstract:以聚降冰片烯(PNB)为基体,分别加入导电炭黑(CB)和碳纤维(CF)制备PNB复合材料,通过对材料进行电性能表征及差示扫描量热分析仪、动态力学性能频谱仪等分析,探究PNB复合材料的电性能、力学性能和电热双驱动形状记忆效应。结果表明,导电CB和CF的添加量达到一定时,PNB复合材料内部均会形成不同程度的导电通路;同导电CB相比,CF自身具有较高的强度和模量,使得复合材料具有更加优异的力学性能;加入导电CB后形成的导电网络更为完善,少量的导电CB在保证复合材料具有优异力学性能的同时兼具良好的形状记忆性能。
