超临界流体制备废旧轮胎热裂解炭黑/碳纳米管杂化粒子及其性能的研究

  • Abstract:选用超临界二氧化碳流体作为分散介质,将碳纳米管(CNT)分散包覆在废旧轮胎热裂解炭黑(CBp)表面,制备CBp/CNT杂化粒子,研究其对天然橡胶的补强效果,并与CBp(超临界流体分散处理)进行对比。结果表明:与CBp胶料相比,CBp/CNT杂化粒子胶料的硫化特性良好,硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度增大,压缩温升变化不大;随着超临界流体处理时间的延长,CBp/CNT杂化粒子胶料的填料-填料的相互作用减弱,硫化胶的拉伸强度可以达到与CBp硫化胶相当的水平。
