木质素改性丙烯酸酯橡胶/聚乳酸共混体系的性能

  • Abstract:以丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)和聚乳酸(PLA)为基体制备共混体系,填充木质素(AL)对其进行改性,研究了木质素用量对共混物力学性能和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:ACM/PLA共混物相比于纯ACM或纯PLA阻尼温域有所拓宽,ACM/PLA质量份比为60/40的阻尼温域较宽;添加木质素后,共混物力学性能有所下降,随着木质素用量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度提高,同时拉断伸长率有所下降;由于木质素中的摩擦效应,共混物的阻尼因子提高,阻尼温域拓宽,阻尼性能得到一定改善。ACM/PLA的共混体系中,随木质素的增加,PLA冷结晶温度逐渐升高且冷结晶焓逐渐降低,PLA的结晶能力下降;添加木质素后,共混物的形状固定率基本不变,而形状回复率有所下降。
