废轮胎热裂解炭黑的改性及应用进展

  • Abstract:废轮胎属于量大、对环境危害严重的固体废弃物。热裂解技术可将废轮胎裂解为气、固、液三种状态的产品,实现裂解产物的综合利用,使资源的再利用率接近100%,被业界认为是废轮胎回收利用的最佳方式。在废轮胎的裂解产物中,裂解炭黑(CBp)占比约达35%。裂解炭黑的有效利用和高值化利用是热裂解解决废轮胎问题的关键,本文概述了裂解炭黑的基本性质、改性方法、应用领域以及今后的发展前景。
