丙烯酸酯橡胶AR71的结构与性能研究

Abstract:采用红外光谱、热失重与气质联用(TG-GC-MS)、核磁共振及扫描电镜分析方法,对丙烯酸酯橡胶AR71的结构进行了分析,研究了炭黑用量对其性能的影响。结果表明:AR71的主单体为丙烯酸乙酯,硫化点单体为氯乙基乙烯基醚。AR71填充30份炭黑N330,无Payne效应,但50份以后Payne效应明显,随炭黑用量增加,tanδ峰值降低、玻璃化转变温度降低,在高弹态tanδ值升高,适合用作阻尼材料;硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力随炭黑用量增加逐渐增加,但拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均下降。
