高韧性PP/POE/MMT纳米复合材料的研究

  • Abstract:以嵌段聚丙烯(PPB)为基体树脂,采用聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为增韧改性剂,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为协同增韧剂,并添加少量纳米蒙脱土(Nano—MMT)增强,通过熔融共混制出了高韧性的PP复合材料,并通过扫描电镜研究共混物中各组分的分散状态。结果表明,在PP/POE体系中,POE用量为15%~20%就具有很高的冲击强度和良好的加工性能;HDPE和POE有复合增韧效应,结构上形成了核壳结构;用量为3%的MMT可明显提高共混体系的力学性能。
