钎焊金刚石表面碳化物形成的动力学研究

  • Abstract:为准确把握金刚石高频感应钎焊的最佳工艺,使用N iCr合金在不同的钎焊温度和钎焊时间下研究了高频感应钎焊金刚石表面碳化物形成的动力学规律。结果显示,钎焊金刚石表面的碳化物厚度与反应时间遵循抛物线x2=kt的规律,反应速率常数k值在1293K、1313K和1333K下分别取1.55×10-12m2/s、3.03×10-12m2/s和7.63×10-12m2/s。钎焊初期,Cr和C的扩散反应较为迅速;钎焊后期,其扩散反应速度较为缓慢。用电镜观察钎焊金刚石的碳化物层后发现试验结果和计算结果较好地吻合。
