Influence of Fe3O4/CNFs/LDPE Semi-conductive Layer on Space Charge Injection

摘要:Magnetic carbon nanofibers (CNFs) were prepared by depositing Fe3O4 nanoparticles on CNFs using a chemical coprecipitation method. The magnetic CNFs were evenly mixed into low density polyethylene (LDPE) semiconductive material. The experimental results showed that the semi-conductive layer modified by oriented CNFs can inhibit space charge injection from conductive metal layer to insulating layer. With increasing amount of carbon fiber doping concentration the space charge injection into the insulating layer first decreases and increases in the trend. When the CNFs content is 0.75 wt %, CNFs/LDPE semi-conductive layer has the most inhibiting effect on the space charge injection.
