Mo微合金化对生物医用Mg-Zn合金微观组织和腐蚀性能的影响

Abstract:将微量Mo元素添加到Mg-Zn合金中,采用金属模铸造法制备了Mg-2Zn-0.3Mo合金,系统研究了铸态Mg-2Zn和Mg-2Zn-0.3Mo合金的微观组织和腐蚀性能。采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和能谱(EDS)分析了铸态Mg-2Zn和Mg-2Zn-0.3Mo合金的微观组织,应用电化学测试和Hank′s溶液(模拟人体体液)静态浸泡测试研究了其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:铸态Mg-2Zn-0.3Mo合金由α-Mg基体、少量的MgZn相和MoZn_(22)相组成。与Mg-2Zn合金相比,Mg-2Zn-0.3Mo合金的晶粒明显细化(100~130μm到60~80μm)。添加质量分数0.3%Mo后Mg-2Zn合金的腐蚀电流密度降低了89.23μA·cm~(-2),腐蚀速率下降了37.93%,说明微量Mo的添加使Mg-Zn合金的耐腐蚀性能得到了显著提高。
