甲壳素纳米纤维/天然胶乳复合膜的制备及性能研究

  • Abstract:天然胶乳(NRL)制品因抗拉伸强度和生物相容性不足,严重限制其在医疗器械和个人护理等领域的应用。本文采用具备超高长径比(直径2~5 nm,长度≥1μm)的羧基化甲壳素纳米纤维(ChNFs),通过乳液共混法结合浸渍成型工艺制备了ChNFs/NR复合膜。研究发现,ChNFs分布在NR颗粒周围,并与颗粒表面的蛋白质形成了强相互作用。这一结构促进了复合膜中多重应力传递点的形成,并显著增强了复合膜的应变诱导结晶强度。因此,即使ChNFs质量含量仅为0.05%,复合膜仍在断裂伸长率增加3.9%的情况下,拉伸强度提高了29.2%,而200%定伸应力仅增加了4.3%,表明该复合膜具有高应变强韧和低应变柔软的特性。此外,ChNFs/NR复合膜还表现出优异的生物相容性,并成功应用于制备兼具高爆破压力和屈服强度的医用球囊制品。
