- 摘要:Reverse chemical looping pyrolysis (RCLPy) innovatively utilizes a reduced oxygen carrier (Re-OC) to transfer biomass oxygen during pyrolysis for subsequent semi-char gasification, thereby enhancing the quality of both bio-oils and syngas. In this study, the RCLPy characteristics of pine wood biomass was evaluated using a Ca2Fe2O5-derived Re-OC under various temperatures and different mass ratios of Re-OC to biomass (Re-OC/B). The results indicated that elevated temperatures enhanced biomass cracking, while increased Re-OC/B mass ratios improved bio-oil quality by catalytic deoxygenation and in-situ hydrogenation. Specifically, Re-OC decreased the relative content of oxygenated compounds to 26.3 %, with carboxylic acids plummeting from 29.6 % (direct pyrolysis) to 1.3 %. Additionally, the Re-OC increased the relative content of phenols to 49.4 %, and the hydrogen-rich environment created by Re-OC facilitates the formation of H-phenols without methoxy groups via hydrodeoxygenation (HDO). This RCLPy strategy enables efficient oxygen-transferring and endogenous hydrogen utilization in the conversion of pine wood biomass.
