Fabrication of NixCo3-xS4 hollow nanosphere as wideband electromagnetic absorber at thin matched thickness

  • Abstract:采用非共价法,利用两种不同的工艺成功制备了 ZnS/CNTs 复合材料.研究表明,沉淀法得到的复合材料中 ZnS 是立方相,而回流法得到的 ZnS 是六方相;碳纳米管经过 SDS 改性后,硫化锌粒子都成功地对碳纳米管进行了修饰,但回流法的修饰效果要明显好于沉淀法.用两种工艺制备的样品均可被紫外光激发产生荧光,但六方 ZnS 产生的荧光明显强于立方 ZnS,并且六方 ZnS 产生的余辉时间较长,而立方 ZnS 产生的余辉较短。
