Abstract:It is necessary to develop methods to study sheet resistances of graphene-based thin films in order to facilitate future electronic devices. In this article, compact, smooth and uniform graphene-based thin films were fabricated by blade coating process with strong adhesion to glass substrates. Sodium dodecyl sulfate was employed as a surfactant for aqueous graphene dispersion, and water soluble acrylic resin and silane coupling agent were used to strengthen the connection among graphene sheets and the adhesion of graphene onto the substrates. In addition, sheet resistances of graphene-based thin films obtained by different synthesis strategies are compared and discussed. The result indicates the morphology of graphene has significant effects on its sheet resistances. © The Electrochemical Society.
