以超临界二氧化碳为介质的径向箔片轴承静特性分析

  • Abstract:以超临界二氧化碳(S-CO_2)布雷顿循环所用压缩机中的径向箔片气体轴承为研究对象,考虑S-CO_2在近临界区的实际物性,运用有限差分法数值求解变密度变黏度湍流雷诺方程,耦合弹性箔片变形方程,计算以S-CO_2为润滑介质的径向气体轴承的气膜压力分布规律,并分析近临界区S-CO_2物性变化对轴承承载力、摩擦力矩的影响。计算结果表明:近临界区密度、黏度的物性突变对轴承的承载力和摩擦力矩影响较大,且越靠近临界点时影响越显著;同一压力下,承载力和摩擦力矩随着温度的升高而减小,同一温度下,承载力和摩擦力矩随着压力的升高而增大;随着偏心率、轴承数和径向轴承的长径比的增大,承载力和摩擦力矩均增大,而偏位角减小。
