Effects of heterogeneous composite agent Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> on phase transition process and particle growth of TiO<inf>2</inf> nanocrystal

摘要:TiO<inf>2</inf> composite oxide nanocrystals were prepared by a chemical co-precipitation method with Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> as heterogeneous composite agent and TiCl<inf>4</inf> as starting material. The influences of the heterogeneous composite agent on TiO<inf>2</inf> phase transition process, particles growth and optical absorbance in UV and visible region were studied in detail, and the composite structure was elementarily concluded. The results show that after compounded by Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>, the phase transition process and particles growth of TiO<inf>2</inf> oxcide nanocrystal are restrained notablely. TiO<inf>2</inf> composite oxide nanocrystals are with anatase structure entirely after calcined at 900&deg;C, and well mixed crystalline structure in the range of 950&deg;C-1050&deg;C, and the particles after calcined at 950&deg;C are spherical, average diameter is 20-30 nm, they dispersed equably, and have no reuniting phenomenon, and have the super optical absorbance in UV-Vis region than TiO<inf>2</inf> nanocrystal after calcined at 700&deg;C.
