层叠式圆盘状氧化锌的形成机理与光催化性能

Abstract:采用简易的恒温水浴法合成了一种新颖的层叠式圆盘状ZnO纳米结构。采用X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜以及透射电镜对样品的结构及形貌进行了表征。结果表明:产物的物相属于纤锌矿结构,是由粒径约为10nm的ZnO粒子组成的层状结构叠加而成,平均直径约400nm,厚度约100nm。光学性能测试结果显示:在激发波长为325nm时主要有2个发射峰,分别是位于380nm的紫外发射峰和525nm的绿光发射峰,并且随着反应时间的延长,ZnO表面产生氧空位的几率大大降低,抑制了可见光的发射。此外,通过N2的物理吸附脱附,得出该结构的比表面积为28.14m2·g-1,平均孔径为10nm。这种具有较大比表面积的多孔结构大大提高了氧化锌的光催化效率。
