有机阳离子交换法原位制备FA_(1-x)MA_xPbI_3钙钛矿薄膜

Abstract:有机-无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池因为可以通过溶液法制备、高的光电转化转化效率而得到广泛关注。FAPbI_3虽然较MAPbI_3具有较宽的吸收范围和较高的热稳定性能,但是其在室温倾向于以非钙钛矿相存在,影响了器件的稳定性。解决此问题的方法之一是将部分FA+替换成离子尺寸较小的MA~+以稳定其结构。然而,基于传统的溶液法很难得到FA-rich的钙钛矿材料,原因是传统的溶液-固态转变过程需要较多的MA来限制溶剂挥发过程中黄相δ-FAPbI_3的生成。由此,我们首次通过提高固-液离子交换反应的温度直接在介孔结构中形成α-FAPbI_3或复合的FA_(1-x)MA_xPbI_3钙钛矿结构。以平整的MAPbI_3钙钛矿薄膜为前驱体膜,在FAI溶液中浸泡不同的时间,可以得到复合的FA_(1-x)MA_xPbI_3钙钛矿薄膜。通过控制反应温度等参数,交换法制备FAPbI_3薄膜可以有效避免黄相δ-FAPbI_3的生成。这为制备高质量FAPbI_3和FA_(1-x)MA_xPbI_3钙钛矿薄膜提供了一个新的思路。
