反型有机太阳能电池中聚乙烯亚胺/氧化锌电子缓冲层的制备及性能

Abstract:通过简易的溶液旋涂法制备了聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)/氧化锌(ZnO)薄膜并应用到反型有机太阳能电池中。实验证明,基于PEI/ZnO电子缓冲层的有机太阳能电池的光电转换效率远高于单一PEI或ZnO作为电子缓冲层的器件效率。其原因是PEI/ZnO的构建,一方面使界面能级匹配性提高,有利于电子的定向传输,减小了电子从ZnO到ITO的传输电阻;另一方面减小了界面对光的反射,从而起到对可见光的增透作用。研究进一步明确了界面理论对有机太阳能电池的重要性,为开发更高效率的电子缓冲层材料提供了深入的理论和实验基础。
