水热法制备SnO_2提高钙钛矿太阳能电池的稳定性

Abstract:钙钛矿太阳能电池由于其优异的光电性能近年来引起了极大的关注,但钙钛矿层和电荷传输层材料稳定性差,影响了其长时间环境稳定性。本文基于改善电池稳定性的目的,通过水热法制备良好结晶性的SnO_2纳米小颗粒作反式p-i-n结构的电子传输层。由于SnO_2是一种宽禁带半导体(Eg≈3.6ev),具有较高的电子迁移率可有效的提取并传导光生电子。水热法制备的纳米颗粒粒径小、均匀且具有良好的结晶性可在钙钛矿层顶部形成致密层,阻挡钙钛矿层与空气中的水分和氧气接触,对其降解起到很好的抑制作用,使电池稳定性得到很大程度的提高。
