高频感应熔覆装置的优化设计

  • Abstract:为促进高频感应熔覆技术的升级,对高频感应熔覆技术的试验机构进行了结构改进。以廉价、不隔磁的石英管内置于感应器中,将试样与氧化气氛隔离,仅使玻璃管中的惰性气体同大气相比具有微小的正压便足以保护试样不被氧化,并可用简装热电偶对温度进行精确测量,使熔覆工艺试验具有低成本、高精度的双重作用。利用所设计装置的熔覆试验表明,该装置具有良好的防氧化效果。
