非晶Ni基合金感应钎焊微粉金刚石的研究

  • Abstract:为解决晶态Ni基合金在感应钎焊微粉金刚石过程中熔化温度较高及其对金刚石润湿性差的问题,利用非晶Ni基合金感应钎焊制作微粉金刚石工具。通过X射线衍射仪、差热分析仪、扫描电镜和金相显微镜等对晶态与非晶Ni基合金及其钎焊微粉金刚石磨头进行理化分析。结果表明:同成分的非晶Ni基合金开始熔化温度比晶态Ni基合金低约20℃,熔化温度区间缩小约30℃;在950℃时,非晶Ni基合金对45号钢基体的润湿性更好,润湿面积是晶态Ni基合金的9.78倍;非晶Ni基合金流动性好,可以实现对微粉金刚石的快速润湿,工具表面微粉金刚石分布均匀,合金钎料对金刚石磨粒的把持强度更高;用非晶Ni基合金感应钎焊金刚石磨头所加工石英玻璃的表面粗糙度Ra及其波动范围皆较小,能较好地满足精密加工的要求。
