高频感应钎焊镀钛金刚石界面特征的研究

  • Abstract:本文用Ni基合金在15秒内升温至1050℃高频感应钎焊镀钛金刚石和无镀层金刚石。通过电镜、能谱和X射线衍射等测试分析了金刚石和钎料界面之间的微观结构。结果显示,钎焊镀钛金刚石表面的碳化铬法向生长且较为致密,钎焊无镀层金刚石表面的碳化铬切向生长且较为疏松。进一步特别设计的实验表明,正是镀钛层改变了钎焊金刚石表面的碳化铬形态。研磨实验证实,法向生长且较为致密的碳化铬同金刚石表面的结合强度较高。
