单模微波反应器制备碳量子点及其荧光性质

  • Abstract:基于碳量子点(CQDs)具有良好的水溶性、化学惰性、低毒性、抗光漂白性及易于功能化,碳量子点引起了广泛关注。单模微波反应器具有微波加热场均匀、稳定的优点。本研究使用单模微波反应器以L-胱氨酸为原料制备碳量子点,通过控制加热速度、加热时间及加热温度等控制碳量子点的荧光性质。研究发现,所得碳量子点的荧光发射峰的位置不依赖于激发波长,荧光碳量子点可以从水相萃取到有机溶剂中,有利于进一步表面修饰和功能化。
