Abstract:结合当前水资源短缺形势的日益严峻,对工业中热物流温度差别大、水冷器数量多的循环冷却水系统进行了优化研究,并引入新的优化方案,即水冷器网络采用多级中间水道的系统结构。总结出多级中间水道的设计规则,并在此结构下考虑水冷器、冷却塔等装置的设备投资,建立包括设备费用和操作费用的数学模型,确定系统的运行方式。经过实例验证可知,系统中水冷器网络采用多级中间水道后的运行费用明显减少,所建数学模型行之有效。
