垂直管中聚碳酸酯气力输送的数值模拟

Abstract:采用气固两相流双流体连续模型,结合颗粒动力学方法,运用计算流体力学的手段,对PC中试生产装置垂直管中的气力输送过程进行了初步数值模拟,在所要求的输送条件下,依据输送压降和投资费用的综合影响,计算出最佳管径为50mm,根据颗粒相轴向速度分布,分析出在满足最大输送能力的情况下,应减少管径,有利于提高固气比,有利于减少能源消耗,提高经济效益。计算出不同输送气速下的压降,压降最低点所对应的输送气速就是最佳经济速度,最佳经济速度随输送量的增大而增大,不同输送量下最佳经济速度点的连线,为最佳经济速度线。
