Abstract:针对间苯二酚生产工艺中水解液的萃取过程,通过对间苯二酚、水、乙酸正丁酯液液相平衡实验数据的拟合,得到间苯二酚在水和乙酸正丁酯中的分配系数,并采用Aspen Plus软件对水解液的多级逆流萃取过程进行了模拟与优化,当采用四级逆流萃取、乙酸正丁酯与水解液的质量比为1:3时,萃取率为99.67%为最佳的工艺条件。
