YAG:Ce,Pr粉体的制备与发光性能

Abstract:以NH4HCO3溶液为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了前驱体,在氩气气氛中1 200℃煅烧3 h合成了Y2.94-xCexPr0.06Al5O12(YAG:Ce,Pr)粉体。利用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪对样品的结构、形貌及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明,所得粉体为体心立方相Y3Al5O12:Ce,Pr,粉体颗粒团聚成珊瑚虫形,YAG:Ce,Pr粉体的激发光谱有3个激发带,峰值分别位于290,342和450~470 nm处。用290 nm的紫外线激发YAG:Ce,Pr粉体,出现了4个发射带,峰值分别位于386 nm(Pr3+的4f15d1→3F3,3F4跃迁),489 nm(Pr3+的3P0→3H4跃迁),535 nm(Ce3+的4f05d1→2F7/2,2F5/2跃迁)和612nm(Pr3+的1D2→3H4跃迁)。而用460 nm的蓝光激发YAG:Ce,Pr粉体,则出现2个发射带,峰值分别位于535 nm(Ce3+的4f05d1→2F7/2,2F5/2跃迁)和612 nm(Pr3+的1D2→3H4跃迁)。对YAG:Ce,Pr中Ce3+与Pr3+之间发生的能量转移进行了讨论。
