Role of halogen ... halogen interactions in the 2D crystallization of n-semiconductors at the liquid-solid interface

Abstract:The impact of halogen...halogen interactions on the 2D crystallization of n-semiconductors was investigated. The 2D nanostructures and chirality could be altered by the introduction of bromine atoms for both single component and binary surface assembly supported by STM and simulation results.
