水溶性聚合物PEDOT:PSS的光热性能评价及抗菌活性研究

Abstract:细菌感染已成为危害公共安全的最大威胁之一。光热疗法被认为是最有前途的抗菌策略,特别是对于多药耐药细菌的形成。通过酶模拟水合成法制备的水溶性聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩):聚(苯乙烯磺酸钠)(poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly (p-styrenesulfonic acid), PEDOT:PSS),可以将808 nm的近红外能量转化为大量的热量,具有优异的光热效应,光热转化效率高达46.4%。与无机光热剂相比,水溶性PEDOT:PSS具有优异的生物相容性,为材料的非破坏性穿膜提供了前提。结合共聚焦荧光成像,发现PEDOT:PSS能够快速膜穿透进入细菌内部,与光热疗法相结合可破坏细菌内部重要生物活性分子(如蛋白质等),并导致细胞膜结构功能紊乱,进一步增强杀菌效率。可有效消除金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)和耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)。
