Abstract:<正>目前化学家们用化学法制备了各种无机固体小颗粒的催化剂及各种由纳米级微粒组成的薄膜与合金,这种材料的研制使得材料物理与化学更进一步地渗透,推动了材料科学的更新与进步.纳米金属超细微粒作为催化剂已经是化学家们熟悉的课题,例如在铂重整中所使用的铂黑等.使用物理法在高真空中制备的各种纳米超微粒子,具有体积小,比表面积大,且表面无微孔及其它极性物质(例如羟基等的吸附),因此引起了人们尝试用物理法研制纳米金属超微粒子作催化剂的兴趣.
