尺寸可控的单分散聚苯乙烯微球的制备

Abstract:研究了以苯乙烯为单体采用分散聚合法制备尺寸可控的单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)微球的制备工艺,分析了乳化剂、引发剂、单体的用量,醇水比和搅拌速度对产物粒径分布的影响。所得产品用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、荧光光谱仪等手段进行了表征。结果表明,用分散聚合方法制备出的聚苯乙烯(PS)微球粒径均匀且呈单分散性,并制得了粒径为100～800 nm的聚苯乙烯微球。荧光光谱测试结果表明,聚苯乙烯微球的荧光激发峰在390 nm处,与微球粒径大小无关。同时借助Langmiur-Blodgett(LB)技术对PS微球进行了自组装。
