溶剂配比对水热法制备纳米氧化锌形貌和光催化性能的影响

Abstract:通过改变水与乙醇用量比,采用溶剂热法制备了不同形貌的纳米ZnO。随着水在反应体系中的增加,ZnO的形貌发生了规律性的变化。当溶剂中有少量水时(V(水)∶V(乙醇)=1∶2),产物形貌为粒状;水量增加(V(水)∶V(乙醇)=1∶1),纳米颗粒会沿4个方向生长;水的含量进一步增加时(V(水)∶V(乙醇)=2∶1),纳米颗粒的其中2个方向生长速度变快;当溶剂全部为水时,产物沿边缘生长为片状纳米ZnO。另外考察了产物的光催化性能,其光催化性能与ZnO的形貌有关。
