锂电池用Cu掺杂V_2O_5·xH_2O纳米材料的研究

Abstract:在没有采用任何模板和表面活性剂的情况下,将过氧钒酸和乙酸铜混合水热制备出了Cu掺杂V_2O_5·xH_2O的纳米材料。通过改变反应试剂中Cu和V的摩尔比,来控制Cu掺杂V_2O_5·xH_2O的纳米材料的形貌。随着乙酸铜浓度的增加,纳米带最终变成了由大量放射状的纳米棒组成的针状纳米结构,这些纳米结构材料是一种重要的锂电池正极材料。电化学测试表明,Cu掺杂V_2O_5·xH_2O的纳米材料的比容量与所掺杂的Cu的量有关。当Cu和V的摩尔比为0.65时,放电电压在1.5~3.8V之间的初始放电比容量为290 mAhg~(-1),经过20个循环后仍能达到150 mAhg~(-1)左右。
